The Saskatoon 567 Club is proud to host the Fifty 567 Club "45th Anniversary Western Canadian Meet" (WCM) beginning on Thursday 11 July 2019 and continuing through to Sunday 14 July 2019. The WCM will be held at the Brian King Centre, 202 8Th Avenue North Warman Saskatchewan.

Only registered participants, who have agreed to abide by the established Rules of Conduct, will be permitted to access the Brian King site.
The cost to register a vehicle is $60.00. This registration includes one pass to access the site, the Friday night barbecue, the Saturday night entertainment, a dash plaque, a goodie bag, and one ticket to the Saturday night banquet. Registration for an additional vehicle up is $20.00 and includes a dash plaque and goodie bag.
Additional event passes can be purchased. The cost for additional event passes is $15.00 each. Site passes for children 12 years of age or under that are accompanied by a registered adult are free.
Additional adult banquet tickets are available at a cost of $25.00 each. Dinner tickets for children 12 and under are $18.00 each. A full hot meal will be served with a choice of either beef or chicken. Please note that the total number of dinner tickets is limited to 450.
Participants are encouraged to bring a 567 vehicle but the hosts recognize that many past members may have moved on to other interests. Vehicles manufactured in 1987 or before are permitted. Newer special interest vehicles will also be considered by the host committee subject to the availability of parking on the site.
Your hosts are attempting to organize the meet activities to follow the format of past Western Canadian Meets. Driving tours and participant events are being planned for each day of the meet. There will be a hospitality night on Thursday. A barbecue is planned for Friday night. Saturday includes a pancake breakfast, lunch burgers with fries and a drink, an afternoon show & shine, and an evening banquet followed by entertainment. Participant trophies, tech sessions, a dealer alley, a memorabilia display, and games are also being organized to keep things interesting.
A tour of the Remai Modern Gallery on Friday and a spouse’s shopping tour to Midtown Plaza in downtown Saskatoon on Saturday are planned with transportation provided. The cost of each of these tours is $15.00/person.
A photography session is also scheduled for Saturday. The costs for this session being determined. Watch for updates on the Schedule of Events as details are finalized over the coming months.
Event souvenirs and apparel will be available on a pre-order basis. Currently items include t-shirts, sweat shirts, window decals, and license plates with your hosts looking to add others. See the Registration Form for costs and ordering.
Discount rates have been arranged at Days Inn and Suites in Warman, Canalta Hotel in Martensville, and Days Inn and Suites on Idlwyld Drive in Saskatoon. These discounts will be in effect until 31 May 2018. See Accommodations for more details. Bus transportation at a reasonable cost from the WCM to these hotels on Saturday night has been organized. A limited number of serviced camping sites are available adjacent to the event site. Registered participants can book a site by contacting the Fifty 567 Club.
It should be noted that, while over night on site parking on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights will be permitted, the Brian King Centre parking lot is not a secure site and there are no plans to provide after hours security during the event.
The facility will be open through out the event with the large hall providing an air conditioned environment to escape the weather if necessary. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be for sale on site. Alcohol can only be consumed inside the hall. Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. so all site activities must move indoors before that time.
The Fifty 567 Club “45th Anniversary Western Canadian Meet” is shaping up to be the “Don’t miss automotive event” for 2019 and is not likely to be repeated. The interest expressed by past Fifty 567 Club members to date has been exceptional. If you are planning to attend, we would encourage you to register early as this helps your hosts with planning and commitments.
As this is a not for profit event we welcome your involvement, as a local club, as a business, or as an individual. Check Advertising for opportunities.
